LMH's has been organized with a clearly defined reporting structure and lines of authority as well as span of control so as to ensure that the Scheme attains its vision, mission, goals and objectives.

The Scheme has a Board of Trustees made up of six (6) experienced professionals. The management staff are competent and seasoned in the area of health insurance operations and management.

The board members and management staff experiences cover a broad array of specialists trained in multiple disciplines including medicine, health services management, finance, economics, investment banking, fund management, research and administration.
