Pavis is the General Manager of LIBERTY MUTUAL HEALTH.  He holds an MSc. Degree in Finance from the University of Leicester, UK and a B.A (Hons) Degree in Accounting & Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon, Accra, Ghana.  He is also an Associate of the Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK (Part II) certificate, together with a Ghana Securities Industry Certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange.

He has 10 years of work experience and is currently the General Manager for the Liberty Mutual Health Scheme.

Prior to the above position, He was the Head of Finance and Administration at MEDX Health Systems, a private health insurance company.  Pavis also worked with NTHC Limited, as the Financial Analyst, in the Corporate Finance & Research Department where he performed various assignments including Financial Reviews and Analyses of Companies, Projects Appraisal, Organization and Management Appraisals, Industry and Market Reviews, etc.

He was also involved in Initial Public Offers, Provisional and Formal Listing of Equity Shares on the Ghana Stock Exchange, Valuation and Share Pricing for unlisted and listed companies.
