Lydia is the Head of Operations at Liberty Mutual Health. She is a strategic and proactive person with a high sense of humour.  She is an experienced and innovative manager with an in-depth knowledge and experience in healthcare services management.  

Lydia holds an MBA with specialization in Health Services Management from the University of Ghana -  Legon and a B. Ed Degree in Management from the University of Cape Coast. She has attended various professional courses and seminars on human resource management, information technology, accounting for non-accountants, office management, communications, strategic management, budgeting and organizational behaviour.

Prior to joining LMH, she had worked with reputable institutions including the State Insurance Company.
